Lose the weight.
Keep it off.

You may already know how to lose the weight. The hard part is making it stick. Boubool helps you build three habits that hold — eat, move, sleep — one piece of advice at a time, without counting a single calorie.

Boubool on iPhone: the three rings of the day filled in (food, activity, sleep) and the evening's personalized advice Boubool on Apple Watch Ultra: the three rings of the day
Who it's for

You have already lost this weight. Maybe several times over. The problem was never you: after a loss, the body pushes to put it back on. On Mounjaro, Ozempic or Wegovy, with type 2 diabetes, a liver to keep an eye on — or with no treatment at all. If your real question is “ how do I keep it off?” then Boubool is built for you.

In practice

Every day,
Boubool does three things.

  1. 1

It gathers what you already have.

Weight, steps, sleep, workouts, heart rate: it all comes in from Apple Health. And it doesn't matter where from: Apple Watch, Garmin, Withings, Polar, Fitbit, Oura, a connected scale — or the iPhone on its own. If your watch feeds Apple Health, Boubool reads it. You only enter what the phone cannot know: a protein meal, an injection, a drink.

No watch, no connected scale? The app is exactly the same: weight, waist, nights, workouts, heart rate — you enter it all by hand, in two taps, on a single screen. No device is needed to use Boubool.

  2. 2

It shows the course for the day.

Three rings, one per habit: eat, move, sleep. The outer ring is the day; the inner one is the week. At a glance, you know where you stand.

  3. 3

It gives you one useful thing to do.

Not a list. One sentence, calculated from your own numbers for the day, doable tonight. Tomorrow it may be another one — whichever matters then.

The method

Three habits.
One result.

Tracking apps pile up numbers until you give up. Boubool keeps to the essentials: three simple habits, held week after week — because those are the ones people actually hold. One day off the rails breaks nothing.

01

Eat

Protein first, with simple visual cues: a palm, a pot, a handful. Protein helps preserve muscle mass during weight loss — without weighing a single ingredient.

02

Move

A muscle that gets used is a muscle the body keeps. Strength sessions, steps every day — and rest, because muscle is built at rest.

03

Sleep

A night that is too short can raise hunger and make the next day's choices harder. Boubool looks at the trend over two weeks — never a single night, and never a lecture when you wake up.

Metabolism — the result. Muscle burns energy even at rest. When these three habits hold, you give your body better conditions to settle at the weight you have reached.
Built against the regain

The real opponent is not the weight.

After weight loss, the body tends to save more energy and appetite can rise. If muscle was lost along the way, holding the new weight becomes harder still. Boubool protects what matters while you are losing: your strength, your habits, and a plan for what comes next.

starting weight Each regain ends higher Boubool: the drop that holds

The pattern many people live through: you lose, you gain it back — a little higher each time. What Boubool changes is not the way down: it is what comes after.

The adviser

Boubool talks to you.
One thing at a time.

Every day, one single piece of advice — calculated from your real values, not from a standard handout. One sentence, doable tonight. Because one thing at a time is one thing that gets done.

A day sets the course; a week shows the trend. The app says what is left to do — never what you did not do. And if a piece of advice does not sound like you, “ Not useful” drops it for good.

With or without treatment.

Boubool adapts the tracking to your situation — and never gives advice about a dose, a treatment or stopping one: that belongs to your doctor.

On a GLP-1 — Mounjaro, Ozempic, Wegovy

Injection reminders, a body map where you note the spot you used, side effects you feel, the D+1 to D+7 cycle. And above all, what comes after: when the treatment stops, appetite returns — Boubool prepares for that day. Stabilization phases, hunger tracking, regain alert.

Diabetes, type 2

Blood glucose and HbA1c logged, clear curves, your blood tests imported from PDF. Never any interpretation: your doctor interprets, the app keeps the record — clean, dated, ready for the appointment.

A liver to keep an eye on (MASLD)

ALT, GGT and triglycerides as trends. Alcohol logged without judgment. And the −7 % mark: it is the weight-loss threshold set out by the European liver guidelines (EASL). Boubool simply tells you where you stand against it — your doctor draws the conclusions.

No treatment

The same app, all of it. Three habits, an adviser, the guard against the regain — because a body that has lost weight wants it back, treatment or no treatment.

Your data

It stays yours.

Boubool creates no account and sends your data to no Boubool server: it stays on your iPhone and inside your Apple Health environment. We cannot sell it: technically, there is nothing for us to sell. An export goes only to the recipients you choose. Your doctor, for example.

The story

«Tonton Bouboul»

For twenty years, my family called me “ Tonton Bouboul”. An affectionate nickname — until it ended up naming a real problem: fatty liver disease with fibrosis, then diabetes.

Father of two little girls I want to watch grow up for a long time, I built the companion I needed: simple, kind, built around three habits — eat, move, sleep.

And I took the nickname back. Boubool — the name of the problem, turned into the name of the solution.

Your watch

Your course, on your wrist.

Boubool reads every watch that feeds Apple Health — Garmin, Withings, Polar, Fitbit, Oura, Suunto… Your steps, your nights and your workouts come through, whatever the brand.

And if you wear an Apple Watch, you also get the app on your wrist: your three rings and your trajectory at a glance, filled from the iPhone — nothing to enter on the watch.

And with no device at all — no watch, no connected scale — the app stays whole. One entry card gathers everything there is to note, in two taps. You lose neither the rings, nor the advice, nor the trajectory.

Boubool is in testing.
Come and try it.

The app already runs, every day, on real iPhones. Leave your address: you will receive a TestFlight invitation — the whole app, free for the whole beta.

What we expect from a tester: use the app normally and tell us what gets in the way. Nothing more. TestFlight is Apple's official tool; installing takes a minute.
